i have been infected with grangab v 5.1 can you help me plese i have important files in my external hard drive. i have no important filesim my pc. so i format it but i cant recoveri my files i external hd
need help please

There is a decryptor for GandCrab Version 5.1 (https://sensorstechforum.com/decrypt-gandcrab-ransomware-files/). If you have v 5.2 judging from the title of this post, there is no recovery method for now and you have to wait for a decryptor (if there is one released).
