Malware Removal Questions and Guides / Ads in Outlook inbox and pop ups on tablet,despite active DNS66.

I have DNS66 installed on my Samsung S2 and it has blocked ads successfully for weeks until now. I have ads appearing in my Hotmail Inbox all the time plus around the same time,ads popping up with a "timing" circle,meaning that you can't delete it straight away. What can I do?
Any help gratefully received.
