Have you considered trying Vivaldi Browser?

It is definitely intriguing – its user approach seems to be quite unique and you will be able to modify your browsing experience however you like it.

Yeah, me too - it is like Opera but with a fancier name. Opera has a built-in VPN, chrome-based extensions and new functions. I'd say it is tweakable enough, too.
