Hello, since some users may want to change how their Windows 10 looks like in their language for convenience purposes, I have provided a quick and easy step-by-step tutorial on how to change it:
Step 1:Click on the Start Menu on the bottom left corner of your screen.
Step 2:From the start menu choose 'Settings'
Step 3:From the 'Settings' menu, choose 'Time & Language'
Step 4:In the 'Time & Language' menu choose 'Region and Language'
Step 5:In the 'Region and Language' bar choose 'Add a Language' or simply click on the '+' next to it.
Step 6:After the language has downloaded and added, simply mark it with your mouse and click on 'Set as Default' and you should be all set. Simply log off and on again or restart to have it changed by Windows.
