These apps may all use similar ways to enter your Mac and this includes software bundling. The way it works is for TopProcesser to be included in your Mac by being added as an extra for free to the installers of some other free apps, like media players, file converters and other such apps. These apps often have such bundled offers in their “Custom” install modes, rather than in the “Express” install and this is often how you may miss seeing them.
Once TopProcesser gets set up on your macOS, it could begin to alter different options on your most often used web browsers. These options include changing your home page, new tab and other web pages that are usually set as default on your machine. Step 2: Uninstall TopProcesser and remove related files and objects

- Above the search bar change the two drop down menus to “System Files” and “Are Included” so that you can see all of the files associated with the application you want to remove. Bear in mind that some of the files may not be related to the app so be very careful which files you delete.
- If all of the files are related, hold the ⌘+A buttons to select them and then drive them to “Trash”.

In case you cannot find the virus files and objects in your Applications or other places we have shown above, you can manually look for them in the Libraries of your Mac. But before doing this, please read the disclaimer below:

2. Type in "/Library/LauchAgents/" and click Ok:
3. Delete all of the virus files that have similar or the same name as TopProcesser. If you believe there is no such file, do not delete anything.
