WunderWeb is classified as a suspicious browser extension and is promoted on its official website – wunderweb(dot)biz. The extension has the features of adware (ad-supported software) and is known to generate intrusive advertisements. Adware also collect personally-identifiable and non-identifiable information from users, and uses a range of tracking technologies for the purpose of displaying relevant ads. Security researchers recommend the immediate removal of WunderWeb.

As visible, WunderWeb is a potentially unwanted application (PUA) and adware. Once installed, it may hide in the temp folder and:

- Collect sensitive information.

WunderWeb Removal Steps
The immediate uninstallation of the software is highly advisory. The longer WunderWeb is running, the more vulnerable the user’s information becomes.

Step 1: Remove/Uninstall WunderWeb Ads in Windows
Here is a method in few easy steps to remove that program. No matter if you are using Windows 8, 7, Vista or XP, those steps will get the job done. Dragging the program or its folder to the recycle bin can be a very bad decision. If you do that, bits and pieces of the program get left behind, and that can lead to unstable work of your PC, mistakes with the file type associations and other unpleasant activities. The proper way to get a program off your computer is to Uninstall it.
Select the program that you want to remove, and press “Uninstall” (fig.3).

Step 2: Remove WunderWeb Ads from your browser
Select the “Add-ons” icon from the menu
Select WunderWeb Ads and click “Remove”
After WunderWeb Ads is removed, restart Mozilla Firefox by closing it from the red “X” in the top right corner and start it again.
Select WunderWeb Ads to remove, and then click ‘Disable’. A pop-up window will appear to inform you that you are about to disable the selected toolbar, and some additional toolbars might be disabled as well. Leave all the boxes checked, and click ‘Disable’.
After WunderWeb Ads has been removed, restart Internet Explorer by closing it from the red ‘X’ in the top right corner and start it again.
From the drop menu select ‘Preferences’
In the new window select ‘Extensions’
Click once on WunderWeb Ads
A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation to uninstall WunderWeb Ads. Select ‘Uninstall’ again, and the WunderWeb Ads will be removed.
Step 3: Remove WunderWeb Ads automatically by downloading an advanced anti-malware program.
