This is a domain that is connected to a legitimate online gaming website (www.iwin.com) and for some, it is even surprising that it has not been identified by security experts so far as malware.
The exe file was their gaming platform in the form of software that downloads directly from their domains. When installed, the .exe file and performed a scan with a standard widely used antivirus software, it appeared clean of malware. However, it prompted us with a pop-up to install the iplay browser extension that claims to assist in some way in access to games.
