          Hi David!

This problem has been quite persistent with many users. The following steps have been reported to work, we hope they work for you too!

          • Close the open browser via Task Manager (the ctrl-alt-delete command)
          • Make the infected browser your default browser (if it is not)
          • Open a saved hyperlink e.g. from your email – this will open a new page in your browser.
          • Now the infected page will be inactive and below the current page. Don’t click on its tab!
          • Navigate to the new page, go to Settings and clear all saved history – cache, cookies, etc.
          • Additionally, select a home page of your choice for your browser.
          • Close the browser.

The problem should be fixed now.
